We are looking for a competent Service Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider

Mapping out routes for technicians

Create and maintain spreadsheets

Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems

Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs

Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base.

Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Google G-Suite, Google Calendar, Drop Box and various social media platforms.

Desired is experience in construction and construction terminology but not a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
